All accessories and included items must be returned
Cast iron cookware must be clean and free of food residue
Ceramic and porcelain items must be unchipped and uncracked
Knives must be in their original packaging with blade guards intact

Pack the item securely in its original packaging
Ship the package using a trackable shipping method
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Do not return damaged items without first contacting us.
