Far East Home offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. There is no minimum purchase requirement — every order ships free.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to international destinations at this time.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package through the carrier's website.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your products or a replacement.
Some of our larger items, such as rice cookers and multi-tier steamers, may require additional handling time. These items will be clearly noted on the product page if extended processing is needed.
